Some of those students were given primary or secondary education for five years, and had to take part in secondary schools to continue in high school.

Schools were given extra funding so girls and boys could do better in school. Others were asked to attend school on a weekly basis for five years.

The changes came on top of reforms that were introduced in 2010, which said, students could not move to a new school.

It’s up to schools and government to take action
