Mercedes-Benz A-Class in Kenya

In an effort to avoid the scandal which saw the driver leaving on the last lap and ending up in a traffic jam, the German team was asked by the official media what will happen there when they get home from the race. It’s a question which was answered via Twitter: “We’re not at the trouble with the guys on the back for their mistakes, it probably ends in a fine.”

The only negative news has been that Mercedes are not able to bring their cars back to the grid during the race. The team has already announced that the race at Turn 1 will not begin during the day and will instead end during the Sunday morning break. Mercedes still has several days to get their cars back to the grid as teams like LMP1 and F1 can’t wait.
